1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PolyBots ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZBGC LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

To use PolyBots, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding prediction market trading
  • Not be located in a jurisdiction where prediction market trading is prohibited

3. Description of Services

PolyBots provides automated trading tools for prediction markets. Our services include connecting to third-party platforms (Polymarket, Kalshi), automated trade execution, arbitrage detection, and portfolio management tools. We do not provide financial advice, and our tools are provided for informational and convenience purposes only.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your API keys have appropriate permissions and limits
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Complying with the terms of service of connected platforms

5. Risk Disclosure

IMPORTANT: Trading on prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss.

  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results
  • Automated trading systems may malfunction or execute trades differently than expected
  • Market conditions can change rapidly and unexpectedly
  • Technical issues may prevent trade execution or cause delays

You acknowledge that you understand these risks and that you are solely responsible for any trading decisions made using our App.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
  • Share your account or API keys with third parties

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of ZBGC LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZBGC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZBGC LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the App and deleting it from your device.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
